「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. 「Excellent location and the room was clean with the listing description quite accurate. Staff was helpful and available even though they weren’t physically on site. Elevator is very small which was not a problem for us but it could be a problem if you have large luggage or are large in size yourself. But overall would highly recommend this property and this company.」
