5階に宿泊したのですが，シャワーのお湯が出なかったことがありました。なんでも3階の部屋でお湯を出しっぱなしにしていて5階までお湯が行かなかったという。キャパシティが小さすぎ。 テレビはBSが見れないのが不満。

地デジテレビは見れない、ゴミは全てお持ち帰り、フロント付近の無料コーヒーはなくなったら足してくれない、全てにおいて経費削減の意識が高いのはわかりますが、サービス業、接客業としてはどうかなと思います。多分、二度と宿泊はしないと思います。

駐車スペースが道路を挟んで向かい側だったので、荷物を持って横断歩道までかなり歩いての回り道だったのでしんどかつた。 ベットのスプリング？が弱くて柔らかで眠れなかった

自転車をレンタルしてくれるので観光にはとても重宝です。しかも、ホテルをチェックアウト後も夕方までレンタルしてくれたのは非常に助かりました。ただ、朝食が簡素すぎてイマイチでした。コーヒーもセルフサービスで飲めるのですが、マシーンが故障中にもかかわらず壁の説明には普通に使えるように貼ってあるのでカプチーノをやってみたところ、うまく出来てこず、従業員に処理してもらいました。

お部屋も綺麗に清掃がゆき届き、翌日の朝食も 300円にしては良かったと思う。 レストランの窓が大きく、ソファ席もあり、くつろぐ空間としては二重まるです。

路面電車の駅からは数分も、（駅近くにコンビニのみ）周囲には飲食店などなし。 徒歩１５分ほどで市内の繁華街・大街道まで行けます。 寝るだけですから、妥当な金額でしょう。
