First of all, I am amazed with the service, people from the hotels are really friendly and helpful. Really a nice place to stay and overseeing the stunning view of mountain. It was my sister's birthday when we arrive on that day. We have spent a very nice time in this hotel. highly recommended.

Excellent Room and Services. It is 8 minute walk form Bus Terminal though. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, however, during peak period, the bus is normally full and you either have to wait for next bus or walk to bus terminal.

This hotel is in a beautiful unique setting! The hiking there is spectacular. However, there is one major issue - outside of the hotel, there are very few options for eating and the restaurants at the hotel will break the bank! There are three restaurant options and even the "casual" one charges $30 for spaghetti. $8 for a cup of coffee! The more expensive restaurants will cost about $200 per person for dinner. There are a few small restaurants around the bus station but they do not serve dinner and options for other meals are very limited. Guests should be warned that this is the case and bring along food!

오래된 호텔이라고 들어서 걱정했는데 모든게 잘 관리되어있어 더 멋지게 느껴졌습니다. 무엇보다 로비에 있는 큰 화목난로가 있는 공간이 좋았습니다.

到着時間が遅れてしまいご迷惑をかけてしまったにもかかわらず、スタッフの皆様から大変優しく接していただきましまた。 どのスタッフの方も必ず挨拶以外の言葉をかけてくださいました。丁寧で格式高い接客と親しみやす気遣いもいただき、とてもリラックスして過ごす事が出来ました。 85歳の母の誕生日旅行と二人旅でしたが、最高の旅だと母も喜んでくれました。 スタッフの皆様有難うございました。

スタッフのサービスと接客の対応は素晴らしく、誇りを持って仕事をされていらっしゃると感じました。メインダイニングレストランのお料理は伝統を大切にされている正統派フレンチで、帝国ホテルのクオリティの高いお料理が味わえます。朝ごはんでいただいた和朝食もお漬物や焼き魚に添えられたはじかみですら、とても美味しくいただけました。お部屋もアメニティは全て揃っていて、バス、トイレも清掃が行き届いています。もちろんお湯の温度やシャワーの水圧も問題ありません。。部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 銀婚式の記念旅行をこちらで過ごせて本当に良かったと思っております。
