When I first went in to sign in for my room the general manager was very nice in fact everybody there was wonderful they treated us very good the rooms were very clean they always made sure we had towels because we were staying there for five nights And they had a really good breakfast there I would recommend staying there

Decent, close to attractions

Adequately nice hotel, easy on easy off from the highway, close to Clear Lake. Mattress was not the best ever, breakfast was pretty standard fare for a hotel continental breakfast, plus one of those waffle maker things. Front desk person was very helpful and cheerful.

The Room was dusty. The sink facet had a bad leak. I almost ran out of toilet paper. No coffee machine in the room and the coffee at breakfast was the worst coffee I have ever had. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Staff is friendly and seem to be trying. Many things don't work or need repair like refrigerator and ice machine in breakfast area. Just an older place in need of refresh and lots of maintenance.

Not luxurious but clean and comfortable

Got a room on 3rd floor (no elevator) was a bit exhausting with luggage for seniors. Initially cable tv didn’t work but discovered someone unplugged it behind the big tv cabinet. But place was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast waffle and biscuits and gravy tasty.

The room itself was clean and adequate. However, the none of the outside lights was on - or not working - and it was so dark that I couldn't even find the place to begin with. Once I did know it was there, it was still hard to see the driveway, etc. in the dark.
