「This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. 」

「The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. 」

「Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin .」

「Bien que ce fût un court séjour, mon expérience à l'hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le service impeccable, le personnel chaleureux et attentionné, et les installations étaient à la hauteur de mes attentes. La propreté des chambres et le confort du lit ont contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. De plus, la localisation de l'hôtel était idéale.
