「Central location, constantly improving their services」

「The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. 」

「The internet connection could be improved.」

「Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.」

「The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment.」

「Extremely disappointing stay — listing is highly inaccurate We spent 13 nights here for our honeymoon and were deeply disappointed. The property listing is very misleading: it claims there are six pools, but there is only one small pool (with no deck chairs or seating) and no garden area at all. The amenities were equally poor. The washer and dryer were broken, and we were only provided with one bath towel for two people—no hand towels or face cloths or even a dish towel were available. The...
