「Central location, constantly improving their services」

「My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown. There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service...

「I noticed a few things that need attention. 1. The carpet in the hallway leading to.my room a few stains. Maybe bleach. 2. The ceiling was wet at a few spots. Maybe leaks coming from the top. 3. The elevator takes a」

「They couldn’t find my reservation. The staff wasn’t that helpful at all. Until I haven’t received any refund for the reservation,」

「Clean, spacious room, 」

「Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.」

「Sanitation is definitely a concern. 」

「The staff is very friendly.」

「 I made the mistake of booking this hotel, only to discover it doesn't exist! No address, no phone number, no response from management. Refund? Forget it! Do not trust this place with your money! It’s definitely a scam 」

「This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable. But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point. The room had no kettle, no water bottle no fridge and it was 27 degrees very hot for...
