Rooms are too tight.

Except for the excellent lobby and buffet everything else is below par. The rooms are way too small and designed like student rooms. Water runs out of the tiny bathroom when you take a shower. The room is so tight that you can hardly move around. I think it's more of a transit place to pass a night.

Great new hotel in town

This is a brand new hotel only been open for 2 weeks, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food was limited to buffet, could do with a snack menu for the bar. Biggest issue with the room is that the shower tray had no stop lip and so every time I took a shower the room flooded, this will need to be fixed in all the rooms asap or the floors will start to buckle.The price could double and it would still be value for money.

Their check-in and check-out procedures were not the best, I left the hotel without a receipt as the system was always down. when I paid online, it was 2000cfa to the hotel but when I got there, the receptionist charged me about 7000 cfa with no good explanation.
