"We had a great time. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Only complaint was the shower head lol. Definitely for people under like 5'6 otherwise for the price it was a great option."

"The staff were all very nice, everything looked clean, some things in the room could stand minor maintenance. The only real issue we had was the bathroom sink didn't look clean, it looked like someone spit in it and didn't was it down. Overall it's a nice hotel right on the beach and nice ocean views from the room."

"Checking in was HORRIBLE! First staff member said we didnt have a reservation, second one came out and said come back and try in a few hours or something so we left excusing the attitude for a possible busy day and stress from work. Came back AND STILL NO HELP! Had to wait for a manager to come out of the back and pull it up just so i could get my room (which was apparently visible the ENTIRE time) Going to the room it had hair from whoever was in there before cleaning (inside used tissues on the sink), dust was EVERYWHERE and even more loose hair on the top of our mini fridge! Beds were neatly made, and lights had to be plugged in to see the room. Pools were clean and code worked so kids had fun at least there."

"We stayed on the 11th floor, ocean view. The hotel is an older hotel with amazing amenities. The room we stayed in was spacious and nice. I was afraid to look at the stove or breathe near it that it would fall apart. But I didn’t come to the beach to cook. But I was also surprised that it had a full kitchen. lol. Staff are friendly and helpful. My main problem was figuring out how to get from the south side/tower to the north. Maybe some maps on the elevator walls or paper maps would help that. The heated pools, lazy river, hot tubs make this a good winter/early spring hotel. We definitely will return next year Not sure what elevators other reviewers were talking about cause the south tower and garage elevators were very fast. Just remember the walk over bridge is 3rd floor of the garage and 4th floor in the hotel (had to tell ppl this many times lol) All in all this is an older but nice hotel with lots of water amenities (even a small waterpark across the street, seasonal), has restaurants and a poolside bar(we never used so can’t comment on) and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Clean rooms. Great oceanfront view and access. Property well kept. They were painting the floors in the pool area, just showing how well kept up the property was. (Floors looked good before they even painted). Much attention to detail at this place. Parking was convenient."
