「Beautiful, immaculate hotel! Everything about our stay here at the Blue Palm has been five star. Already planning on our return next year.」

「Comfortable room, complimentary water dispenser in room and nice pool. 」

「I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.」

「En general todo estuvo muy bien, habitaciones limpias, todo cuidado, el desayuno aunque no hay mucha variedad, muy rico sazón. Todo excelente!!」
