「The hotel had maybe 8 guests, yet, I was put in a room with an adjoining door and could hear every word spoken by a whole group of young males during the entire stay. Every cough, every syllable. Loud swear words, slamming doors. Then woke up to no breakfast food put out. This property specifically advertises their breakfast, but they pick and choose when to actually provide customer service depending on occupancy and a whim. 「Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank. 」

「We were there for a cornhole tournament so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but the staff were amazing. The rooms being attached to the convention center was a huge plus! Us being there in January it was nice to not have to leave the whole weekend. 」

「The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the floor in the room was linoleum and sticky! We had to ask for soap for the bathroom just to wash our hands and we didn’t have a remote for the TV. Also, there was a note asking us to take our own trash out when we left to a dumpster behind the building! Very tacky! We did take it out. Overall I firmly believe that I way over paid for this hotel! Won’t be going back 」
