「Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one...

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint. The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients. We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily. Again, a fantastic stay....

I was greeted with a bottle of bubbly when I came back to the hotel ☺️ Location was great for me! 8 minutes walk to the nicest beaches and a quick Uber ride to the old town! I loved that this place was so clean, and away from the chaos at the old town!」
