"The check in was nice and so was the room. The shower on the other hand was not clean, not even hosed off. There were lots of tiny hairs, most likely pubic, gross for a Hilton affiliate. Have stayed here before and never have I encountered that. Definitely will not stay here again. Front desk just said “sorry, let us know if there are any other issues”."

"Excellent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Jackson/Pearl, MS. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Great location with easy access to dining, shopping, and the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Parking was easy, facing the rooms, staff very nice, the rooms seemed like updates are in progress, from bed/bedding to exterior. This hotel is definitely going through changes. Breakfast was sufficient plus warm. Bed was comfortable, that was important to me after driving all day. My only real complaint which isnt that big of a deal, was the ice machine locations from my room and out of the 2, one wasnt working"
