Dined in restaurant. It took about 1 hour from order to table. Also due to new owners of hotel no alcoholic beverages could be served. Waitress was excellent. Front desk was excellent. Valet was excellent.

First time I stayed in such a dirty Hilton place. Understandably, it reflects on the rest of Jackson's downtown - used to have some charm, but now sits lonely and forgotten. Nicest staff, though. Very helpful and charming.

When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience.

It was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed and sheets were very comfy, and the room overall felt like luxury. The location was great for walk-ability in downtown Jackson. My only whines were that the coffee maker in my room didn't work (I just went downstairs), and the soap hadn't been replenished/replaced in my room. I'm sure had I said something, the friendly staff would've made it right. Other first-world whines were what the downstairs bar was incredibly limited, and I had forgotten my toothbrush and they didn't have any to purchase in the snack shop or have any of the cheap ones to give away. Overall, I would totally stay again, and actually booked a night for the next month when I'm in town again.
