「Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

「The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left.
