「Just got back from a stay at Shana. Both the property and staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help us… with things related to coming and going, setting up outings for the day that kind of thing. They are responsive to questions asked over the net/expedia which is something other places are not. Much appreciated. Also much appreciated is their handling of our late check in and check out. We were in a tent but it was a huge very well ventilated rigid tent on a solid platform with an attached beautiful bathroom with huge walk in shower.
