「My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. 」

「The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!」

「Room was falling apart」

「The staff was wonderful. My daughter forgot something at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to assist us to get it back. I was very impressed. The rooms were nice and the overall hotel was decent. Enjoyed our stay. 」

「For the price, the room was fine. The public men's bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. Breakfast was great though. A chef made us omlets to order!」

「This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. 」
