「Good service and helpful staffs at the reception. Room is good size and clean」

「We had a wonderful stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, with high-quality amenities and an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations, which perfectly matched our tastes and led us to some excellent dining experiences with outstanding food quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return on...

「Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.」

「Oh, what a lovely little gem this hotel is! Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. We especially enjoyed trying authentic Belgian dishes – and those mussels from the restaurant right across the street! We’re still...

「整體不錯，乾淨，職員會幫忙解決問題」

「I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . 」

「Nice hotel」

「Excellent location just nearby the shopping mall and good restaurants all around. Good services with good facilities, e.g. bathing tube, skin care kit, etc. Lovely at all, highly recommended for staying.」

「good service and food recommendations!」

「Nice staff, but do not choice single room, at least choice double room」

「Just 10 mins walk from midi station, all flat pavement road, no need to pull the luggages up slope. Close to midi station sunday market, a must visit, The hotel is a modern industrial feel , Free tea and coffee in the lobby Breakfast eur15 A seafood restaurant called Ocean nearby, cheap seafood 👍👍」

「Convenient location. Very good breakfast. Front desk helpful. Downside: room has no frige or safe, beds too small, room service inadequate. 」
