"Stay there for for my daughter's second birthday, we had a great time!
The staff is lovely and very helpful, the facilities and location are excellent. The only downside is the choice for dinner either a restaurant or a very limited bar menu, none of the options were suited for a lively full of energy tottler, but we managed with pizza and salad. We will definitely be back."
"Beautiful hotel. Had the best view from our room. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and it was delicious. Room service was so good! Probably the best room service I have ever had. Pool was perfect temperature, and so relaxing with spa zen music playing through the speakers. Comfy bed. Only fault was the water was green when we went to fill up the bath… so we didn’t use the bath. But overall we loved it. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were super friendly. A lady that works in the bar upstairs was really rude :) .. we were next in line for the harbour view table and when we asked she said no I’m giving it to the people next to you… even though they arrived after us. That was the only fault of the whole hotel :)
Hopefully she gets better customer service experience. "

"I liked the proximity to Manley beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a lots of storage in the rooms and closet space. It was bright and roomy. There is an iron and small ironing board and hairdryer. The apartment could have been cleaned better. There is a lot of wear and tear on the furniture and the sofa in the living room was stained. The place didn't feel homey. There is no vacuum cleaner or cleaning supplies so we had to buy some. We stayed for two weeks. Information on cooling and heating the entire place should be provided in the description of the property. The washroom was small. "

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry.
