Property is not at all maintained for over a year now. One elevator is not working for over a year and looks like there is no intent to repair. Property is also not maintained well. Location is very good

The elevator at that time is under maintenance so only 1 elevator is working. Guests might have to take the stairs from 12midnight to 3am. The hallway and the room also has a smell. But the room’s smell went away later on. The staff were excellent. Very friendly.

Excellent location of hotel. Next to gastronomy and shopping experience next to your fingertips at Greenbelt malls. if you want groceries , Landmark is close by. No need for transportation. The Hotel staff are polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, everything is clean , serene, and comfortable. Bonus is the rooftop relaxing pool. Potted plants surround the pool with comfortable loungers. One has an oasis with a city views all around. Don’t miss swimming to cool you down. Make sure you know how to swim. There are no lifeguards. This hotel a treasure find and value. Located in a prime location!! Makati is the best for me.

The staff at Prince Plaza II were consistently courteous, friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their warm service throughout our stay. However, both elevators were out of service while we were on Level 12. Walking up and down the stairs several times a day was genuinely difficult in the heat and humidity, especially with small grocery bags. Management needs to improve maintenance of the building, including the rooms, to match the good service provided by the staff.

The hotel is ideally suited for the business district and the shopping Malls. In f@ct Landmark, Greenbelt etc are just around the corner. Hotel itself is ‘tired’ and needs some attention. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well provisioned kitchen area which was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent selection of restaurants and shops from small convenience stores to High end luxury retailer's. Very friendly and helpful staff. We always use this hotel and will be staying there again in a few days time and probably again next time we visit Manila.
