Enjoyed relaxing in clean quite room, breakfast very enjoyable, staff made extra effort in making me feel welcome even allowing me to use hotel umbrella to go shopping by foot, (due to two solid days of rain). My stay was better than plan except for the weather.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very great location just besides shopping mall and walkable distance to BGC High Street. Breakfast spread is nice too and they changed it everyday. My only feedback was the gym is not directly accessible from the same elevator (need to change), and maybe place some sanitation wipes and towels if possible. I think it was shared in the building hence it may be different but otherwise everything else are great!

Hotel well located next to shopping mall. No hand towels supplied and only 1 bath towel. Had to ask for 2nd bath towel each day of 3 day visit. Had no hot water on arrival, had to wait 20 minutes for a shower after a 9 hour flight

Good location. Especially for a Korean visa application. Rooms are good. Service good. Windows filthy do no view. Elevators had some problems. Maybe they can address those two things…then perfect.

Our 10-day stay at Brittany, where we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, was truly unforgettable. The location is excellent, just a few steps from SM Aura and Market! Market!, making it incredibly convenient with everything you need nearby. The breakfast was superb, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the beautiful rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax. The complimentary parking was also a great convenience and added to the overall excellent experience. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Love the breakfast, the highlight of the day. Elevators need improvement for maintenance since the hotel is located next to the mall and is popular to stay at for that purpose. Staff was always helpful that makes the stay more pleasant, and the pool was great for leisure relaxation and to take photos of the view. Thanks.
