「What a beautiful place. We had an ocean view room and the view was exactly what we thought we were getting. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. 」

「The room was very nice, with nice terrace. Lots of local restaurants around. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and a large variety. We didn’t like that you had to sit at the same table every morning as they allocate you a table. The towels are old and not clean , have marks on it. 」

「First time to the hotel and to Mallorca. We were very impressed with the facilities and the service at the hotel. Dina , the Front Office Manager was very friendly and professional and nothing felt any trouble. The other staff were all lovely too. Special shout out to Ines the Life Guard! She is amazing with the smaller guests using the swimming pools. 」

「Great hotel near the beach (like a 3 min walk). The food was wonderful for breakfast and dinner. They have different options of food every day. Their sangria is delicious for a great price. If you wanna eat at the snack bar, prices are very affordable too. Staff was very nice (except for one guy in the front desk who wasn't nice at all) but everybody else was super nice.
