「The hotel was very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Good location for Beale Street. Breakfast is good and there's ample space to sit down and enjoy it. Cost for garage parking is very reasonable.」

「Restaurant slow it took 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches an 1 Alfredo. Then when it finally came out the Alfredo was wrong. Also hot water for shower not even close to be hot enough.」

「This is a very nice hotel. Most of the staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the lady serving breakfast. She was very rude. The breakfast buffet is 15.00 a person and it’s not worth the money. If we stay again we skip the breakfast. 」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」

「This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings. Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment. On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk...
