「this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!」

「Had a good stay here. It really is one of a kind. We had a good time. Check in is at 4pm which is a bit of a shame in my opinion, luckily we got in an hour or so early. Room was clean but did find cookie crumbs all over the coffee machine area. We stayed in the duck cabin and it was really impressive. My only gripe was the balcony wasnt private like the other rooms. Id also like to see maybe a few more restaurants/bars here. They could make a fortune here by keeping on the property. Either way...

「This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.」

「Came for a Beale Street long weekend. The Westin is the closest we could find with a nice room, good linens, and quiet halls in the evenings. We will stay again. 」

「Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. 」

「It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would...

「We loved our room. It was exceptionally clean with well- throughout amenities. Only thing that was even a little annoying was the sounds of traffic and surrounding entertainment. This went into the wee hours of the morning, but we still had a pretty restful night!」
