「We should be warned about the garage space and smell. Not to mention the stairwell. The rug needs replaced and a little more care wiping down common areas (light switches, door knobs and the table). The smell in the lobby is overpowering also.」

「We showed up early and they did their best to accommodate us and my parents. Their room was still being cleaned at the time but we were early. They just waited in our room and visited. We were there for a wedding and had plenty of time and space to get ready. 」

「Hotel check in staff not super friendly. Pool was out of service but they allowed us to go to a close hotel to swim. Comfortable beds, lots of water pressure and hot water.」

「When booking online sometimes you never know what you’re going to get until you get there. We went so we could stay close to Southern Illinois University. It was great location and it was clean. The staff was friendly, but the only thing I honestly was looking for was cleanliness.」

「The bed was comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. The bathroom was clean. It did lack a hairdryer (which I reported to the front desk upon checkout. The breakfast was outstanding! I complimented the cook. 」
