「I had an event at the AAC and it was really close! Also, the hotel is nearby (15 min walk) one of the pick-up spots for the Red Coach Buses and the Greyhound Bus station too. There are a lot of of options of restaurants near the hotel too. The Hotel is really pretty and the room was really spacious and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and still think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to. 」

「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient.」

「Great location, very spacious and bright. Very comfortable bed. Great stay for a number of people and great value. Furniture could have been a bit more comfortable/outfitted but other than that, great stay and highly recommend it.」

「This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...

「Stay away at all costs! Black mold in bedroom window sills from apparent water leak. Water for sink and shower was Luke warm, neither bedroom or living room TVs worked. When we called at Che k in they said they would send a handyman but no one vet came during our 4 day 3 night stay. When we called after the trip to let customer service know, they stated sorry for the inconvenience but they manage a lot of properties so they weren’t able to address the issues during our stay as the handymen were...
