The hotel is about 10-min walk from the city center. If I take the coastal trail, it would be 15-min. It is very nice that the hotel provides free transportation from and to the airport. For the price, I would also rate their breakfast very good. There are three issues of my stay: 1. A minor one - the bed is too soft. 2. A medium one - the phone to the outside (local calls) is not working. The phone to the front desk takes a LONG time to answer and it is likely no answer. 3. I had a problem with the safety lock. The hotel staff does not know how to help. The noise caused a neighbor to come and help solve the problem. It is strange (and unacceptable) that the staff does not know how to use the safety lock. By the way, I am fluent in Mandarin so it is not a communication issue.

令人滿意的居家型旅館
價格親民，設施簡單、乾淨，並且都安裝好（床、電話等都被固定），很安全。 每天都在澎湖玩得很玩才回到飯店休息，床很軟。 早餐很好吃，吃了三天不會膩。很推薦的一家旅館。

整體環境滿意，會想再入住

不錯的住宿品質
服務人員都很友善，笑容常掛臉上，房間內基本的設備都有，環境也乾淨，房間隔音就比較不好，早上遇到房客在走廊聊天，我們在房間內聽的一清二楚。

日本人宿泊者向けの感想。 2019年7月現在、施設はそこそこ古い。日本のビジネスホテルを想像してゆくとちょっとがっかりすると思う。 シャワーはきちんとお湯が出るが、設備はだいぶ古い。 空調は部屋でコントロールができない。室温は不快ではなかったが、やはり設備が古いため音が非常にうるさい。 wifi環境はきちんと整っているのでweb環境には困らない。 朝ごはんは中華料理とパンのバイキング。非常においしくて良かった。 スタッフの人は非常にやさしい。日本語が通じないが、多少の英語でコミュニケーションは取れる。おじさんスタッフは音声翻訳機を使っていた。 総じて悪くないホテルだと思います。設備の古さだけ何とかなれば。

除了老舊之外都還可以
飯店提供免費的機場接送非常方便，也有提供機車出租方便遊玩；不過，連假很熱門要提前預約。早餐部分，基本上就是吃粗飽，樣式味道一般。離市區和花火節的地點都是十幾分鐘的腳程，還不算太偏；但是房間裡面可以感受到飯店有點老舊了，只是過夜而已，所以也還好，旅客也是絡繹不絕。

酒店位置距離市中心不遠，看完煙花可以散步返酒店。有車接送往返機埸非常方便。只是房間沒有衣櫃， 衣服唯有掛在牆上 ，花灑太弱，洗頭要用多點時間。

沒挑對房間，不太好住
沐浴水龍頭在一個洞裡，幫小孩洗澡很困難，早餐簡單但好吃，服務人員大部份態度親切，只有一個男櫃台請他補面紙還要說原因...有主動詢問要接送的小姐我很感謝

快樂跨年之旅
整體服務很好，飯店能結合租車服務，行動上就不會受限制，接送司機很親切在路程中大致介紹盟湖旅遊景點，每中不足的是飯店衛浴門把生鏽脫落，能予以修繕完美度就更好了。

這是半年內去了三趟澎湖都選擇住這裡。附近有堤岸可以去散步欣賞傍晚美景覺得很棒。有住過六樓面海的房間，看出去真的很美。到市中心或者是其他景點遊玩也都很方便。

缺點：由於是中央冷氣，睡覺到半夜就聞到煙味。另外我因原因分了兩張訂單訂了四晚房間，在訂第三四晚時雖然註明要求不用更換房間，但到check in時一定兩天就要更換房間。 優點：最後一天去機場，酒店主動免費駕車送往機場，在途中司機非常健談 ，原來他竟然是該酒店老板，甚感欣慰。

您好： 感謝您的支持與評價，有關空調及煙味問題，飯店這邊正在逐一改善系統中，如有造成您的不便在此向您說聲抱歉，而您提到有關訂單問題，由於您前後預定房型不一樣，您第一天第二天預訂的是海景雙床間，第三天及第四天預訂的房型是標準雙床間，不可換房的原因是海景雙床間已有其他旅客預訂，飯店方必須將此房間保留給已預訂此房型的旅客，建議您下次預訂客房如要連住好幾晚請不要分開預訂比較不會造成這種困擾。
