"It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do, "

"The hotel rooms are huge and could accommodate a family of 5-6 depending on ages of children. There’s a separate seating area with a pull-out couch and a small table with two chairs. The rooms are bare floor, which is nice if you bring a pet & for kids. The beds are comfortable "

"Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking."
