"Check-in was REDUNCULACLY slow. However the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kalahari pool park. The prices here were much more reasonable than those charged by the pool park. Also, being attached to a casino, may have been the reason I didn't notice a lot of kids running around. Bathroom was quite luxurious in my room. While I enjoyed the decor in my room, my friend in another room on the same floor had quite a different experience. I guess decor is in the eye-of-the-beholder, but I did agree that my room was much more nicely furnished. Overall what you would expect for a casino-hotel. I would stay again."

"The room was what you would expect for a discount motel chain. No issues there. The problem we had was the pipes in the bathroom burst overnight, so we awoke to a completely flooded bathroom and bathroom area. The front desk's way of helping us was giving us a key to use another room's bathroom, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there, wet luggage and all. We are still waiting days later to hear back from the manager about the incident."

"Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. "

"Everything about this property was above and beyond our expectations!! Tons of space for everyone - the bottom level was perfect for the girls to ‘get away’ from the adults!! Waking up to the snow on Sunday morning was an added bonus! We will be back for sure!! "
