The Swiftwater is nicely decorated as are the guest rooms. Great location. Staff very attentive upon arrival but less so during stay. We had issues with our key, safe and room cleaning. Concierge very hard to talk to, always on phone or with someone. The pool and gym are very nice and we very much appreciated the nice anniversary gift they left for us. No closet in our room and you get the cooking odors from the restaurant below. Great time but were al little underwhelmed.

Overall, the property was very beautiful, but the dining was limited. There was a fine dining option in the hotel, but it was closed, along with the bar, on Tuesday nights. They have a hibachi restaurant located next door, but it was very expensive and the food was just okay. Other than that, the dining options were not very great in the area.

I like that once you checked in a staff gave you a small tour, staff was friendly always greeting you once you walked by. The pool area and elevator are area I see that was frequently cleaned. Plus was snacks and drink were free

Everything was great! The pool was awesome and the staff was very accommodating and hospitality! The Only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because when we arrived our room wasn’t completely stocked with towels, Kleenex and extra linens. There also wasn’t a closet or iron. There was a steamer but it didn’t really do the job. Outside of that the rooms we’d very clean and comfy! We didn’t eat at the restaurants (Olivet & Desaki) so I can’t leave a review on that. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Andrew at the concierge desk had exceptional professionalism and was extremely helpful with great recommendations. We loved our stay in the beautiful room and our kids couldn’t get enough of the indoor/ outdoor heated pool. We can’t wait to be back for another stay!

Very nice looking hotel, clean and very appealing. Staff are very friendly and are always welcoming. A little busy around check in so some delay there, but staff can take bags while you go check out the surrounding areas.

While the property is new there seem to be issues around getting guests checked in on time. Waits of over an hour seemed common. Even after the long wait my room was not fully clean. They seem to have many staff that is inexperienced and in need of training. But the hotel is beautifully decorated especially for the area.

We have stayed at The Swiftwater in December and it was great. However, this stay was substantially different and undesirable. We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned. We called to inform the front desk and was promised it would get done considering we had not towels, toilet paper, water, and coffee pods. They never showed up. We had to keep calling and eventually ask a person we say in the hallway who was kind enough to give us two fresh towels. We were also give a room next to the ice machine closet which was very noisy and frequented by many guests.

The property was clean and modern. They were intentional about the need for relaxation. The pool was closed to children after 5:00pm. The floor that I stayed on was a 21 and over floor. My only suggestions are to offer (wine coolers and champagne) in the concierge room for people that don’t drink beer. I would also suggest a microwave be somewhere in the building.

The property was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The concierge lounge was a great amenity and always well stocked with beverages and snacks. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I can’t wait to return !

The faucet was wiggling not proper installation. The robes were not on the room upon arrival. The area has trailers and aluminum containers around.
