「Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating. Breakfast food was very limited in choices and quantity. Staff at counter was very helpful and welcoming. The room...

「The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.」

「Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls,mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. Room was overpriced and I would NEVER stay there again!! 」

「So I booked this room because I was traveling and just needed a place to stay for one night that was inexpensive into simply serve a purpose of sleep. My expectations were not high based on previous reviews I had, but figured I would give it a try anyway… Because it was only for one night. The person at check-in was very pleasant and helpful.
