The updated signs will be helpful when they are finished to know where things are, but the staff was super polite and helpful. Our family room was very nice and clean and easy to get to with parking right by the room. Our only negative experience was out of the property control with the neighboring room being extremely loud getting in at 1 a.m. We are still giving 5 stars because the property was nice, away from the hustle, but still convenient to everything.

Rustic cabin that was very clean and in excellent condition inside. Comfortable furniture, cute decor, and all around pleasant stay. A little difficulty getting the water temperature to be consistent was the only drawback. Beautiful restaurant right next door with delicious meals.

Amazing place to stay

The staff was amazing. We got stuck in a snowstorm on the way over and were running really late. They stayed up way past checking to allow us to come in. I made sure we were comfortable. 10 out of 10 stars accommodations were beautiful. Property was really nice.

Such a unique, lovely property! Our second year choosing Memorytown for our trip to the Poconos. Incredibly beautiful, clean cabins with such a welcoming, friendly staff at the front office! A ! Will be back next year!
