「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「Room never got cleaned, never had towels because unfortunetly the house keeper never came to our room but once and trying to communicate with her was impossible because she didnt speak english. 「Facility is old but serious efforts have been made to update. New dropped ceilings, fairly new furnishings, new paint, quaint etc. Very clean and comfortable. I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. Be sure to designate whether you was street front or creek side. Also be prepared for a 3% credit card charge. The most serious negative was the high step...

「The rooms was very clean, but did see 2 roaches in our bathroom! The guys at the hotel was very nice, the younger lady was lil rude! They ended up letting us swim in the pool !! Bed lil hard, pillows was flat !!!」

「Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful. Parking can fill up because of the bar/restaurant that is off the lobby. Restaurant was nice and had good food. TV was bad. Most channels would not come in at all and others were glitchy. Shower pressure was not very good. There were no issues with my service dog. Great experience overall.」
