「Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night...

「Clean and I loved it」

「We arrived and were told the room we reserved were NOT available. Finally got a 'replacement' room. Went to go look and we found out the pictures posted are a complete lie. Theres absolutely no internet connection in the room, which means no TV usage available. The hotel was terrifying with brokenness, mold and dirtiness. I also had to put down a deposit. The staff were nice (why its a 2 star and not a 1).」

「The hotel was under construction, a burst water pipe, and because of the construction the room with two queens we reserved was not available so my wife and I and two teenagers had to share a king and a sofa bed with an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. The paint fumes were also unpleasant. We were offered an unsatisfactory $20 discount at the hotel's convenience store. 」

「I was very happy with my stay there my truck was right out front and safe I was located right by the schools that the tournament was at all the shops I needed to go to were right within almost walking distance. I was totally surprised that there was a refrigerator and microwave along with coffee pot for the price that I paid will definitely recommend and stay there again if I'm in Redmond」
