「We stayed in Panoramic hotel Plaza for 5 nights.This was a poor choice. Although the location is good which is close to shopping centre but the service and food in hotel were terrible. We have booked two junior suite with one room with two separate beds, they couldnt offer us but ask one of our guest to sleep on soffa bed instead. They have ignored our request in booking. They offer us to stay in 6/F junior suite but it was dark and old. Luckily we stay in junior suites in the top floors so they...

「Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. I like that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily without being asked, but l still had to ask for some basic things, like making sure bathtub had been cleaned thoroughly (even after leaving a tip) Overall, the pools were wonderful.
