「I loved everything about this hotel! The atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness, the design, and the location. Plus, the lobby bar downstairs is cozy that I could easily spend the whole day there!」

「Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice. But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「A standard hotel with 24 hour desk. Locate between train station and old town. About 10 minutes walk either way. Room is small, nice and clean without fridge. But no complaint due to the cost is good. Buffet is wonderful!」

「Loved our short stay here - staff were really helpful (even on email before our stay), the free shuttle could drop us at a few different close set locations at any reasonable time, food was great and the spa was really well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.」
