Went for 2 days R & R. Nice hotel in the middle of Abano Terme, convenient for walking into town and many restaurants. There is dining at the hotel, but did not use this so cannot comment. We had massage treatments which were excellent and the warm thermal pools were relaxing. The main pool however, does need a little restoration. The other pools were lovely. We had good weather and the outside areas were clean, with plenty of sun beds.All in all, a great place to spend some time and treat yourself!

Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. I like that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily without being asked, but l still had to ask for some basic things, like making sure bathtub had been cleaned thoroughly (even after leaving a tip) Overall, the pools were wonderful. Very roomy. There is an indoor pool that leads to outdoor area. Massage jets and exercise equipment in the pools. The saunas were great. The mud and massage packages were great and rejuvenating. If you are on public transport beware that the bus doesn’t run well in Abano. You will have to take a cab to the Montegrotto Station, which is about $17 for a man 8 min drive. Did l mention the cabs are overpriced here? All in all, l would definitely come back. Btw the food at the hotel is scrumptious.

Cama y almohadas muy incomodas, aire acondicionado ruidoso, techo ennegrecido por los años sin pintar, moqueta manchada y paredes sucias debajo de las viejas ventanas. Para una suite en un hotel que se dice de cinco estrellas, echamos de menos una cafetera en la habitación, mas variedad en el minibar, servicio a habitaciones H24 y un televisor en la habitación, solo había uno pequeño en el salón.

Hotel un pochino datato ma bello e confortevole camere ottimamente insonorizzate, discreta la spa e anche le piscine, consiglio di considerare nel soggiorno la pensione o la mezza pensione andare a mangiare alla carta al ristorante costa molto di più inoltre i prezzi delle portate non sono indicati e nel conto finale non viene dettagliato nulla quindi ci si trova poi la sorpresa nel conto, nel complesso struttura bella e confortevole meravigliosa la colazione

È un bell’hotel (o meglio, era), grande e in buona posizione, con quattro piscine interne/esterne, parcheggio e verde intorno. Colazione buona con buffet dolce e salato. Accessibilità per una persona disabile più o meno in tutti gli spazi comuni (accesso con assistenza nella piscina) e in diverse stanze. Struttura da rinfrescare un po'... così com'è, non la definirei super lusso 5 stelle. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: medio.

Pools abends nicht benutzbar und im April nicht warm genug. Badkappenpflicht. Frühstücksraum scheußlich. Speisenangebot jedoch o.k.. Schlechte Service, wir haben unseren Flug verpasst. Internetzugang zu teuer. Zimmer ohne Balkon. Es gibt bessere Häuser in Abano. Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne. Nicht wieder.
