Nice older place, well maintained. Bathroom was on the small side. Elisabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was good, with excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was a nice stay, but there's room for improvements. Upon entry you have to enter the "ZTL" zone and there's not much instruction on where to park when coming front the front reception. Front desk staff was good. The room was clean but it wasn't the double bed suite we booked online. We asked for two beds as we booked, not one double, and we were down graded to a lesser room. Then we had to pay more to the hotel for this room. The room's AC is controlled by the front desk and barely cools the room to 80°F or 25°C. I'm glad we packed fans! The two twin bed, pillows were very hard, and duvets were old. The front desk did accommodate with two softer pillows. The bonus was the pools and massages. These were all fantastic! We give our stay a 4 out of 5 stars.

Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist für ein Automobil in Kleinwagen-Größe geeignet. Das Schwimmbad ist, da nur zeitlich SEHR begrenzt nutzbar leider nicht für einen Aktivurlaub passend. Die etwas Schulmeisterliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich ist dann doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Piacevole sorpresa.

Belle le due piscine collegate con l esterno che chiudono alle 22 e 30. Camera basic più che sufficiente con doccia veramente ottima. Molto buona sia la colazione che la cena in hotel. Parcheggio gratuito in hotel situato proprio nel centro di Abano. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ottima sistemazione

L'albergo Formentin Terme situato nella zona pedonale di Abano Terme è un bell'albergo con un ottimo servizio e molta attenzione per le norme anti-covid. Un parcheggio gratuito è disponibile accanto all'albergo (attenzione ai varchi da cui entrate in zona pedonale, chiamate l'albergo per indicazioni). Non ho purtroppo potuto usufruire di terme e piscina, ma la prossima volta mi organizzerò per poterci andare.

Unforgettable vacation

My wife and I stayed at the Formentin hotel for 11 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hotel is located in the center and had it's own parking lot. It was small and cozy which made us feel like we were at home. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speaks several languages. Special thanks to Valentina and Danielle at the reception desk for all the tips and advice. The rooms were clean and were well maintained with the daily change of towel service and cleaning. Very nice pools indoor and outdoor (which were cleaned daily), with thermal water and hydromassage. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with friendly wait staff. Special thanks to Dario and Svetlana for the help with the menu and excellent service. My wife had fango and bath therapy almost daily, and really enjoyed the massages from Angelica and Nicolo. We are thankful to all the staff for the wonderful stay and hope to stay here again next year.

Für Geschäftsreise geeignet

Da das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone befindet, war es nicht direkt erkennbar wie man zum Parkplatz kommt. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lobby ist groß und gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß und mit dem großen Bett wirkt es klein, man kann sich kaum bewegen. Das Badezimmer und das Zimmer selbst sind Renovierungsbedürftig, sieht abgenutzt aus. Das Essen im Restaurant war ok. Man kann zu Fuß viel erreichen.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage

Lage: TOP mitten im Zentrum in der Fußgängerzone, daher keine Verkehrsbelästigung/Gebäude: sehr gepflegt und kürzlich renoviert bzw. umgebaut; Hauptgebäude durch Fußgängerbrücke mit dem rückwärtigen Gebäude, in dem sich Kur- und Fitnesseinrichtungen sowie Thermalhallen- und Freibad befinden, architektonisch sehr gelungen verbunden/Sauberkeit: überall makellos/Zimmer: im zweiten Stock neu und sehr stylish eingerichtetes „Comfortzimmer“ mit modernem Bad und separater Duschkabine; großer Balkon, leider nur mit einem Plastikstuhl, ein Tisch dazu würde nicht viel kosten und den Balkon aufwerten; neues Franz. Bett mit sehr guter Matratze/Restaurant:sehr schöner Speiseraum im Parterre, wo sämtliche Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden; Tischkultur in Ordnung (zum Frühstück freie Platzwahl, zu den anderen Mahlzeiten feste Sitzplatzordnung; Tische stets sauber und frisch eingedeckt, zum Frühstück Papier- zu den anderen Mahlzeiten stets frische Stoffservietten;ordentliches Chromarganbesteck; leider wird der Weißwein nicht automatisch im Weinkühler serviert, das ließe sich leicht ändern)/ Küchenleistung: Frühstücksbüffet stets reichhaltig und prompt aufgefüllt; Hauptmahlzeiten sehr unterschiedlich,lediglich das „Galamenü“ entsprach qualitativ dem Anspruch an ein 3 Sterne superior Haus, alle anderen Mahlzeiten leider auf Kantinenniveau - hier besteht Verbesserungspotenzial/Service: stets umsichtig und freundlich/Fazit: abgesehen von den aufgezeigten Mängeln ein Haus zum wohlfühlen
