"The location was excellent and couldn't be better for access to the bridge, the opera house and circular key. The hotel was a bit dated and the room was quite small but overall I would recommend it and I would go there again."

"Fabulous location, right in the heart of Sydney’s Darling Harbour. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Super comfortable beds and amazing views over the harbour. Loads of food outlets at your doorstep as well as in-house dining which was incredible. Only downfall was the nightlife noise! "

"I’ve been visiting this hotel since the mid 1990’s. Way back then I was a lowly bank clerk on expenses and found the stature of the hotel imposing and I felt underdressed. Even back then I never felt judged or was made to feel inferior. Fast forward 30 years and we can afford a harbour view room and to eat in the hotel yet the same welcoming atmosphere still exists. A testament to the training and professionalism being instilled to this day"
