"Staff was amazing and kind! They picked us up directly from the train station and escorted us to the hotel and helped bring all our luggages us the stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Located in the heart of Aguas Calientes with mountain view. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, and WiFi was fast. Staff also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very accommodating and warm people all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"The room was clean, air conditioned and had a mountain view. In addition, the room had a very spacious patio overlooking the river. The breakfast was ample and the staff was friendly."

"Clean room excellent and helpful staff location is right near the train station if you are looking for a quaint room on a budget this is your location. I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! Also we could store our things for the day after check out …BONUS LOVE MACHU PICCHU!!!"

"We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"

"The personalized service in this hotel is quite amazing, I had the best experience because the people there made us feel incredibly special. They even draw a little map of Machu Pichu with our names on it.
