"What made this stay amazing for me was the staff and their calm and piecfull way to take care of everyone with genuine smile on this face. We loved the breakfast it had a huge variety and the late night ramen and ice-cream. It was our first time onsen experience and it was really a great one. I also have to mention the massage cairs and how much I already miss them. Overall it was a great place and we can not wait to come back."

"La ubicación de este hotel es maravillosa. Cerca de varias estaciones de tren, bus, y de las calles comerciales y el histórico barrio Pontocho. El hotel es silencioso, las camas y almohadas cómodas, y (como en los viejos tiempos) entran a arreglar la habitación todos los días (no como en otros hoteles de rango de precio similar, que solo lo hacen cada tres días). El Onsen es un plus y el templo también. El staff fue demasiado amable, desde la gente de la recepción hasta los de cocina y limpieza. No podría recomendar más este hotel."
