Overall stay was good. Staff at Hotel was helpful to assist on our check-in. We encountered inconvenience during check-in because the agent who represent Hotels.com did not provide documentations of our booking confirmation to the Hotel which cause a long delay in getting ourselves check-in. Hope to have Hotels.com to take note and improve on your service.

Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

The check-in process, room, and staff were excellent. The only thing I didn't like about this place was that there were some smoking floors, and you could smell the cigarette smoke strongly in the lifts, as well as the heavy use of air fresheners in other areas to cover the smell.

the room to me is a non-smoking one which is what i ordered, but i can smelt smoke in the room from time to time. they provided me a air-purifier. Though this has solved the problem, the hotel should have a stricter measure prohibiting smoking in the hotel.

To be honest the property is amazing although it’s the first hotel wherein, I’ve faced a lot of challenge while talking to the staff. They don’t English Few of them tried to help us in the best possible way like the Manager (Jacky) he was the best when it comes to hospitality. Another person was on 26th floor. He tried his best to assist and explain the complete situation. But a shoot out for Jacky and the guy who served us on 26th floor (17 sep 2024 around 5) for being the best manager and for his hospitality
