Great staff & clean room even though the hotel since the 60’s opening has seen its age ! Excellent & comfortable stay for me ! The free cold drinks are a pleasant treat !

Very nice staff for a very old (50 year) building. Lots of stairs(17) to get to the lift/elevator. Shower had 34 bells & whistles (knobs/water spouts) that did not have a purpose of function. -seems weird. Other than that, this was a great hotel.

좋아요~

위치도 마카오 돌아다니기 좋고, 야경도 좋아요. 방도 에어컨 빵빵하고, 미니바음료수들 무료라서 좋고, 청소도 잘되어 있고 깨끗해요. 직원분들도 친절하게 잘해주시고, 시설도 편리해요. 다만 몇가지 아쉬운점도 있는데, 하나는 16층이었는데 물수압이 좀 약해요. 또하나는 샤워부스가 한사람딱들어갈정도로 좀 작고, 버튼부터 조금 복잡해요. 마지막으로 호텔에 비데가 없는것도 좀 아쉽구요. 욕실이 조금 아쉽기는 한데, 그외에는 정말 좋아요.

口コミ通り部屋の冷蔵庫のドリンクは無料でした。しかしアメニティはエルメスではありませんでした。建物は古いですが部屋は綺麗に掃除されております。建物内は部屋の数が多く迷路みたいです。1階のベーカリーは美味しく安くて重宝します。

Top notch, no resort fees like ripoff vegas

The rooms were amazing , they were clean, spacious, though a tad outdated which did not bother me , just added some charm. Tv worked ok , the room one had connection issue. Recieved an upgrade though i think it was the same room i would of gotten anyways, checkin was super quick

マカオらしい滞在ができるホテル

禁煙の部屋をリクエストしてましたが、喫煙の部屋でしたがグレートアップしてくれました消臭も気をつけて行ってくださいって匂いも気になりませんでした。立地も良くマカオらしい街並みで良かったです。冷蔵庫の飲み物もフリーで良かったです。

チェックイン時とても時間がかかり年配の両親もいたのにロビーに全くソファーや椅子がなく1時間立ったまま待つことになってしまった。タイパなどのショッピングモールにも座るところがなくて困った。せめてホテルにはゆったり座って待てるソファーを完備してほしいとおもった。全般的なサービスは良かったと思います。
