「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」

「I don’t think I have ever stayed at a more perfect hotel. It is beautiful, the staff treat you like a favorite relative that has come to visit without being fussy or pretentious! We loved the historical aspect and the location as well.」

「Nettes Personal」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「Good location for family」

「Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.」

「Perfect location. nice staff. clean room and beds. travel with kids under 12 is very safe area. Many shops and restaurant around the hotel. 」

「This boutique hotel (sister to the Hotel California) is in the perfect spot if you want to discover Barcelona. It's not high end, but neither is the price. The picture of the front door on the site almost scared me off as it shows the door beside it, covered in graffiti, but graffiti is sadly the norm in Barcelona. The hotel is very clean, as is the room, which is very well laid out, including a small kitchen area. Finding our room was a slight chore, as the door to the "200-level" rooms...

「Very central location great for sightseeing on foot. We would have preferred a bath (in a Classic room) as well as the nice shower. Snd would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the breakfast is plentiful and very good so you will not go hungry.」

「Great location, nice room & nothing can complain」
