「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. 」

「Good location if you want to be near gothic quarter. The room was really hot and the window had very little ventilation, you could hear everyone flushing the toilets. No elevator. But they did provide complimentary alcohol and drinks which was a cool perk. 」

「我與丈夫入住了427號 Junior suite 房，是1 bedroom房有分開living room. 洗手間及房的空間很大，酒店很乾淨，床也很舒適，雖然我在假期期間入住的房費較高，但它仍是一間在同一街上性價比較高的酒店，下次仍會選擇這酒店。」

「It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.」

「Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch wirklich sauber. Es war zwar hier und da einige Gebrauchsspuren und kaputte Fugen im Bad. Die wände sind leider sehr dünn und man hört Nachbarn sehr gut. Auch ist wohl nicht weit ein Nachtclub der duechgehend bis 6 Uhr Morgens sehr basslastige musik spielt. Im stock E mit zimmer 10… ist es sehr gut zu hören, wenn man einen leichten schlaf hat würde ich kein Zimmer im EG mehr nehmen. Sonst mit allem zufrieden. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.」

「Great li action btw Metro Dransannes & Lucie, 5 min walk to the Hotel. In the front of La Rambla & nearby the Columbus Column the port. Staff are very helpful and informative. Room is clean, comfortable, provide toileteries and even makeup remover, 4 star hotel level facilities. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to my friends, exceeding my expectation. 」
