「The hotel is in great location ,near to hassan 2 mosqueand its walkable. Staff from the entrance. Reception, room service,are the best in all the hotels that I've been in Casablanca. 」

「Everything was great!!! Pillows should be softer (& mattress too). Didn't love panhandlers outside the area, they're harmless tho. A shout out to 'Saidi' at the front desk along with everyone throughout the hotel including breakfast guys!! Conditioner & hand lotion would be nice if they gave since it's a better hotel.」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「We are family with little kids and we stayed here almost 3 week . Location is very great close to you market and shop, property is plenty clean and quit . The first night I was not happy because washroom was dirty and I didn’t find stuff for laundry and cooking , but next morning Mehdi ( really excellent man ) fixed everything and we had great time there . I want to just focus that you need to tell about your problem and person ready to fix all for you . I come back one day 」
