「J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville de Casablanca. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter du quartier sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. 「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「I hoped more. Light on the bedroom at morning. Room’s door didn’t closed. Reception very nice.and large room. There are the pros and cons honestly.」

「It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.」

Piscine inaccessible pendant 3 jours, salle de sport inutilisable, ascenseur à l’arrêt plusieurs jours… Et impossible de rencontrer le directeur malgré nos demandes durant nos 5 nuits. Aucune compensation proposée. Un service et des conditions absolument pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai plus et je déconseille fortement cet établissement.」
