「The listing was misleading. I did not realize I was renting the pool house in the backyard. A family and I both pulled up in the driveway at the same time. They had the house that I thought I was renting and I was in the pool house. It was definitely awkward. The property definitely needs some maintenance and updating. The entire unit smelled like a weed festival.」

「I stay here every year, usually 2x a year, with my family. Weve always loved it, but since By the Sea Resorts bought Palmetto Inn too, it seems to slowly be going down. The staff is great. The room was clean. Really the only issue was that the mattresses absolutely suck. The pillows were equally as horrible & uncomfortable. 「None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same.
