「Everything was clean, staff was friendly, my stay was great !!」

「Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere.」

I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom...

「Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.」

I was very unsatisfied with this property. First of all they said there was a pool but when we got , the pool is not on the property. You have to walk a block down to best Western to go to the pool they should’ve been told the website so that we would be prepared for that now my biggest issue is I did not like how...

「The staff were really nice. The breakfast was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The only thing they need to pay more attention is to the pool since it was hair the 2 days we been there , does it mean nobody clean it? The bottom of the shower door was a little gross , it was residue there, like they need to use a brush to clean that part . The price was good . I will come back to this hotel next time that I visit Oswego .」
