"The room are clean but the air condition is really bad. temperature cannot be adjust. it always remain 17 degree, It is very cold. I complained about the air con the technician shut it down, the room is very warm. Every night there is at least 1 blackout."

The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to shopping malls, served by the hotel's free shuttle bus. Grab to the city is easy to get and inexpensive. Very convenient location. A hassle-free stay at this lovely hotel."

All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."
