"The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!"

"HotSpot is in a good location and good value for the price. We had a late night check in but it went smoothly because we had whatsApp it was all remote (sending us door codes and instructions on how to get our key, etc.). Also was able to get help turning on the AC via WhatsApp. During daytime hours there is a person at the desk who was very friendly."

"건물 외관은 좀 낡은듯한 모습이었지만... 숙소 안으로 들어가서는 가족 모두가 감탄할만큼 훌륭했습니다. 넓은 공간으로 11명의 대가족이 쓰기에 충분했고, 고풍스러운 가구와 편안한 침대, 깨끗한 침구와 욕실, 여러가지가 잘 갖춰진 주방과 식당, 세탁기와 세제.. 무엇보다 친절한 호스트님과 꼼꼼한 매니저님 덕분에 불편함 하나없이 3박4일간의 여행이 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 또 코타여행 간다면 여기를 갈것이고, 주위에도 강력추천합니다."

Can recommend staying here. Only small negative is the air conditioner was not great. But otherwise great stay, thanks. "

"Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

"Lovely hotel. Location is very central. Walking distance from everything in KK (gaya street, waterfront, filipino market, jetty). Rooms are recently refurbished. It's quiet at night and comfortable. And on top of that the owner is very nice. I was super happy with my stay"
